ESI - Filing Monthly Contribution showing large no. of tagged employees with Zero Days

It has been observed that many employers are reporting employees with zero contributory days as “On Leave” or “No Work,” even when no provident fund contributions are being made for extended periods. This measure is intended to ensure data accuracy, prevent misuse of the system, and maintain the integrity of EPF compliance.
